Lungs Up, Legs Down Leadership was founded in 2009 by Dan Schoepf, President of Prospects to Partners.
Throughout his career he has participated in highly recognized training and professional development programs.
By forming Lungs Up, Legs Down Leadership, Dan has combined his passion for mountain climbing with his desire to motivate people and make a difference in their lives. The name Lungs Up, Legs Down Leadership derives its' name from the challenges of conquering 14ers, peaks in excess of 14,000' above sea level. The challenge to reach the summit requires lung capacity on the ascent and leg stamina on the descent. Therefore, Lungs Up, Legs Down Leadership.
